A cancer diagnosis can cause financial stress for many patients.


You may have questions about how to pay for your treatment including:

  • How much will treatment cost?

  • What if my insurance doesn’t cover enough of my treatment?

  • Are payment plans available?

  • Do I qualify for financial assistance?

We know your top priority is getting better, so we are committed to getting answers to your questions quickly. Our financial navigator will meet with you to determine your individual situation and whether you may qualify for help paying your bill. We can also provide information on our insurance and billing process.

To apply for financial assistance, you will need to complete a financial application. In addition, you will need to provide additional information about your assets, income, and your expenses. We will also ask for copies of your income tax returns or pay stubs. Our financial navigator can assist you with this process.

Applications for financial assistance are reviewed each week to determine if we can assist you with your bill.

As a financial navigator, Traci’s role is to help patients understand their total cost of care and out-of-pocket expenses. She also connects qualifying patients with financial assistance funds and programs to ease the financial stress of treatment.

Traci enjoys getting to know patients and is available to answer your insurance or cost of treatment questions.

Medication assistance

We work with some drug companies that provide free medicine for some patients. We will work with you to determine your financial need and whether you qualify.

In cases where we aren’t able to get medicine for free, you will be asked to pay for the costs of the drugs during your treatment.
